The strategic plan is developed every four years, outlining the goals and targets for the school. This documents the focus and direction of the school.
Each year the school writes the Annual Implementation Plan which outlines the actions and goals for the year. The Principal regularly reports the progress to the School Council.
The Annual report to the school community provides us with an opportunity to share the year’s achievements and progress and reflect on the school’s performance and how improvement efforts have impacted student outcomes.
The Annual Report reflects the Education State’s commitment to building pride and confidence in our government schools and highlights the importance of transparent communication about school performance with our school communities.
Using the data and reflections from the previous year, the Annual Report to the Community is presented to school council and the school community at the AGM.
Our school is proud to have developed a Reconcilliation Action Plan (RAP) to strengthen relationships, respect and opportunities in the classroom, around the school and with the community. SNPS Reconciliation Action Plan 2026
